Disclosure and Consent to Electronic Communications

1. Consent to Electronic Communications

You understand that in order to submit information to, and engage with, Lending Hub Network Inc. (“Lending Hub Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), our unaffiliated third-party lenders, and our service providers or marketing partners (collectively, “Service Partners”), and to view and retain copies of notices, disclosures, agreements, authorizations, acknowledgements, terms and conditions, and other documents related to our services (collectively, “Electronic Communications”), you must consent to receive Electronic Communications and to conduct business electronically.

Lending Hub Network is not a lender or creditor. We operate as a marketing lead-generation and loan referral platform. Because our services are conducted electronically, your consent to receive Electronic Communications is required in order to use our website and services.
